We currently ship orders across Egypt. For customers in Cairo and Giza, orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days through local courier services. Deliveries to other governorates usually take between 2 to 5 business days.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@olenutrients.com. Include your order number and any relevant photos, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Orders that are refused upon delivery or returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to a return shipping fee. Refunds will be issued for the product amount only, excluding original shipping fees.
